Okay, here goes....

So, today was a normal day. I rode my bike 16 miles in the sun. From east to west, west to east. Time was longer and more enjoyable, riding atop my comfy seat. Glad I didn't get the small seat. I need a bit of a cushion. I laughed today but tomorrow I will laugh more. Moving on? That is a tricky one.

Back to life, back to reality

It is always hard to go back to regular life once I have been sick. Not that I don't enjoy what I am doing...it is a feeling of having been separated from everything and I have to find a way to sneak back in without being noticed. I feel left out in a way.

Glad to be feeling better though. Ready to go! Well, almost. Gotta to get back in the groove!

Yesterday I wrote a letter to my brother. It is really nice to write letters. I haven't done that for a long time. I occasionally send a postcard but writing a letter, on paper, is a totally different experience. I will start writing more letters.

Time to start the day!

And......

Eat Pray Love turned out to be a great movie. Although they did not capture everything from the book, (how could they? 2 hours and 15 minutes to show a year in someones life?) I thought they did a good job of holding true to the story. Julia Roberts continues to be amazing, of course, as well as the other actors. This movie will inspire many people to follow their dreams and shows us a different reality to a "normal life." I enjoyed thoroughly and recommend this movie to anyone on the spiritual path or seeking more in their life.
