I love granola, especially when I make it!
Jamie Oliver's Granola......
very easy and yummy!
All you need: Quick oats, Cinnamon, shredded Coconut, Nuts, seeds, dried fruit, honey, and olive oil. Pre heat to 375 ( or in my case, medium heat. No numbers on my oven.)
Spread 2 cups of oats out on a baking sheet. Add 3/4 cup of coconut to the oats. Add 1 1/2 cups of mixed nuts. Add 1 cups of mixed seeds. Add one teaspoon of cinnamon. Mix well. Add 5 tablespoons of honey and 5 tablespoons of olive oil. Mix well. Put in oven at 375 degrees. Mix every 5 minutes. Take out before it burns, it should be golden! About 25-30 minutes.
Enjoy! I have been eating this everyday for breakfast with soy milk and a banana. It is the perfect breakfast when you are in a hurry.
